Your Privacy Matters: We collect only what's necessary to provide and improve Pulse. We never sell your data, and we protect your information with industry-standard security.

We do NOT sell your personal information.

  • Paddle: Payment processor (see Paddle's Privacy Policy)
  • Email Service Provider: To deliver license keys and updates

5.3 Data Deletion

To delete your account and data, email privacy@evolvianpulsemv.com. We'll delete your data within 30 days, except where required by law.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Pulse Application: Does not use cookies or tracking. The only data sent to our servers is for license validation.

Website: Our website uses minimal cookies for:

  • Session management (essential)
  • Analytics (Google Analytics - anonymous)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Pulse is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via:

  • Email to your registered address
  • Notice in the Pulse application
  • Updated date at the top of this page

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
